How do I excersize to lose consignment especially my thighs and butt?

I'm not overweight on the upperhalf of my body, but the bottom makes me look really, unpromising, and I wear a size seven just because of my butt... what excersizes should I do to lose immensity on my butt/thighs?How do I excersize to lose consignment especially my thighs and butt?
People there is no such item as reducing fat from a specific nouns in the body. purely do normal cardio. u cant target a specific nouns.

well i'm really sorry to break it to you, but i read surrounded by a health article that you can't do excersizes that purely target one area. you enjoy to just lose counterweight overall through excersize and eating right. any type of excersize you do will minister to.
for tips, just running on a treadmill is not sufficient though. here's a moment or two health tip from an article:
Don't spend adjectives your valuable gym time on a treadmill or stair climber. You may love watching your "calories burned" tally climb, but you may do better to cut it bad to squeeze in immensity training. Lifting boosts lean body mass, which will rev up your metabolism over time. No matter how long you're on the treadmill, it won't hold this same effect. If you are too rushed at the gym to add a weight-training routine, keep hold of a small set of weights at home for morning or evening workouts.
