How can i construct with the sole purpose my waist thinner?

i dont want to loose n e thing else simply like 3 inches of my waist,what are sum well brought-up exercisesHow can i construct with the sole purpose my waist thinner?
Start doing sit ups but to the side instead of just up and down. =)
You can't spot moderate. You need to workout and do something that will work the abs such as core workouts on a stability globe. Also, just do cardio 4x/week and you will tone up and lose mass all over.
