How can i plan out a fine intake diet?

is there any website where on earth i can go to so i can work out my age and weight and find out a fighting fit eating plan. or is near some website that will tell me what i should be consumption like a food pyramid or something? [i'm fifteen years elderly if that helps any]How can i plan out a fine intake diet?
ably if you want to lose wieght drink lots of water and drink about 1000 calories a time plus do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day, or to assert a healthy wieght get through between 2000, 2500 calories a day and drink lots of hose down and do cardio at least thirty mins honourable luck : )
AVOID food that contains hydrogenated oils (fried rapid foods, etc.), high-fructose corn syrup (most, but not all sodas contain this, etc), and enrich flour . Just check the food label contained by the 'ingredients' part. America is the singular country that has these ingredients which are literally fattening the individuals. All other countries have excluded these products from their food. I personally guzzle organic food, which is simply food without these ingredients and life food is grown/processed without chemicals and artificial ingredients.
