How did you bring about your solidity loss goal?

I have asked this question a few times but I just similar to to see different ideas and ways that ppl worked near their body!
I would like to know what your best track to lose weight be? Details on how hard it be or how easy and how much you lost? I would also close to to know the amount of time it took you.How did you bring about your solidity loss goal?
Well how much you lose and how long it took depends on that person alone and its not alike with anyone.
I one-sidedly like to run. So I walk/run 30 minutes respectively day. I am high already so I try not to lose weight, but I know it'll work. Also try swimming, it works on adjectives parts of your body and gets your lungs even working better. Plus combine this next to a balanced diet and you will be losing the solidity, not dramatically but you will. Now because summers approaching I'm trying to get some abs. To do this I do crunches, side crunches, V-sits, and other ab workouts. Its a devout way to tone your body.
Try to stay sour pills though. =)
Last summer and fall I lost 35 lbs. I rode my exercise bike for 30 min. respectively day. I did transport one day sour per week. I did about 100 crunches almost 3x a week. I did not eat anything that have high fructose corn syrup, enrich flour (white or wheat) and partially hydrogenated oil. It was tricky figure out what I could eat, but I finally figure it out. It can be a little expensive, but after you lose the first 10 lbs, it totally become worth it!
