How come i cant lose weightiness and maintain it bad?

i lose weight but cant save it off im 5'' 6 and weigh 175How come i cant lose weightiness and maintain it bad?
you should lose 2-3 lbs a week so you don't gain it backbone. you should not take diet pills they be paid u gain it, you should eat right and exercise. after u arrive at your weight u have need of to keep work contained by out student lose weight. i hope this help
