Sit ups, cycling, jogging, swift walk and even swimming will cut back on your leg muscles. Please refer the following site.
Do low resistance, high speed on a stationary bike for long, lean leg muscles. Give it time.
Stationery bike is great for slimming legs and buttocks, but easier is spending time only just walking and or jogging contained by place and dancing surrounded by the pool. It is amazing!!
