Using BMI (Body Mass Index)
BMI should be between 18.5 and 25 for conventional weight
BMI = Weight (in Kg) / Height Squared (in meter)
Using the equation multiply the Weight to get BMI as 25 or below :)
Using your BMI (Body Mass Index) :
Formula : [Lenght (cm) x Lenght (cm) / Weight]
or : 703 x [ mass (lb) / (height x height (inches)]
or : 6.35 x [weight (stone) / echelon x height (m)]
Underweight = <18.5
Normal = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 - 29.5
Obesity = > 30
