That is absolutley not plenty . I hope you have some salad, grilled chicken, and some fruit planned for lunch today.But you probably dont because your one of those citizens who think they can loose bulk by eating zilch. haha! Not gonna work girl. You gotta actually crowd up on good natural food in demand for your bod to know how to expell the calories from your body. Common...

You blew it.
lousy. rice cake has no nutritional pro. You need to guzzle every 3-4 hours, lots of protein, lean meats, fish, veges. Get the South Beach Diet book and read it. It have worked for me, 40 lbs in 5 months. I devour every few hours and real food, no shakes, bar, etc.
at that rate youll probably die in roughly speaking 2 weeks.. really though as soon as you start eating youll gain substance you body holds on to fat when you dont put away enough because it doesnt know when its subsequent meal will be really. start ingestion
