How can i slim down my love handle?

Ido Ab workouts in the morning and consequently do a 20 min run/jog around my neighborhood. What else can i do?How can i slim down my love handle?
Eating a healthy diet near regular exercise will help you lose mass. Try to increase your cardio workout from 20 minutes to 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

twists.,
expand ur legs about a metre and
1. bend sideways 20 respectively side/set x 3 sets
2. twist wit a long stick 1 1/2 metre
terribly good to slim down the love tht u have
