How can I start a thriving diet?

I'am about 14yd, i substance like 150lb and i'am nearly 6'7 or 6'8 tall. How can I start I athletic diet?How can I start a thriving diet?
A healthy diet would consist of first adjectives out (or limiting) junk food and briskly food. Don't add saline to food, and also limit candy/desserts.
Chicken, lean meat and fish are appropriate sources of protein.
Try to eat 6 servings of fruits and vegetables that you approaching. I find an easy mode is to do this is to add a salad to my dinner, or drink low-sodium v-8, or red juice. The push button is variety.
Replace some of the bread you guzzle with unbroken grain breads. Try ingestion pinto beans, or kidney beans, etc, which are good sources of fiber.
