How can i lose manboobs?

I have them but i'm pretty sure i don't hold that problem where its not stout but actual breast tissure because i'm overweight. I've been working out for 2 weeks (just started my third week today) I know that it will hold time but i just want to be more knowledgable on how to lose them.
currently i do chest presses and push ups and i run because the single way to lose them (I think) is to lose bulk from all over your body afterwards all the push ups/chest presses start to show correct?How can i lose manboobs?
you are wright - cardio is the single fat burning exercise - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) and combine near light counterbalance training to tone muscle and not lose it because cardio burns both - fat and muscle
do consignment training first and then cardio - dont work on indistinguishable muscle group two days in a row.
You dont approaching them?
spot training won't help. you requirement to lose overall body fat to brand them go away.
