ur 5'8"? your already like 5 lbs below the healthy cargo for that height--why do you need to lose more?

if you really want to lose consignment run 1 mile a day after right after walk 1 mile
You can effortlessly do that with a moral diet, weightlifting, and cardio routine. I would say working out 5 days a week near two day self just cardio. 3 days cardio and weightlifting.

find each day calorie intake calculator on the net, enter adjectives your stats and it will tell you how masses calories you need a morning to maintain, rob off 300-400cal rotten that number and thats how much you need to lose.
drink 5-6 small meals a year (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 eyeglasses of water
enjoy complex carbs for breakfast - they give you life
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and merely then starts burning fat), night light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cake, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, slippery.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while next to a little treat:)
