How can I lose 6 lbs??

I have be eating buffets never-ending for about a week when I have a school trip to Washington D.C., and back that again nonstop breakfast buffets within Colorado. What should I do to get backbone to my normal counterbalance without overworking myself or going on any diets? Just small things, not "going to the gym for 3 hours" a short time ago regular stuff like rob the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead or taking the bus, stuff similar to that. Thanks!How can I lose 6 lbs??
