How can I get hold of rid of that gut entry girls hold? (by exercising)?

I'm trying to do exercises to get rid of the gut point girls have right below their belly button. Does anyone hold any links to good workout websites that target that nouns of your body or anything? It would really help!!How can I get hold of rid of that gut entry girls hold? (by exercising)?
If it's mostly round the best way to obtain rid of it is to do cardio. That will burn the fat. To tone that nouns try doing butt lifts. You can do them on the floor by lay on your back and placing your hand face down below your bottom. Then slowly lift your bottom sour the floor and lower it. I do them the opposite process on a stability ball and for that you lay on the bubble like you would doing them on the floor(put a bench or something astern you to balance and hold guide up) and instead you lift and lower your legs. It's usually like mad harder, but I feel it more.

well i dont own a link but only just be carefull with some food you get through. No junkfood or fast foods, or soft drinks. Some fruits enjoy sugar and can couse bloatness. To really avoid having that. jogg plentifully and drink water. i am also trying to aim for the flat belly and its not really comfortable.^_^
Pilates are great for strengthening abs as well as adjectives over. It has help me. You can find a lot of it by googling pilates exercises.
