Weight training is not easy work. You have to hold your protein (LEAN protein) intake up while working out.
First off...buy some free weights (15, 25, 30, and 50 lbs)or associate a gym. Figure out a routine that works for you. Don't work the same muscle groups every day--your body wishes to heal. See, the passageway you get more muscle is by working that muscle. When you move up weights, the muscle tears to build more muscle...get it? So sometime you can do your biceps and triceps, the next hours of daylight you work your abs and legs. But don't just mass train, do some cardio, like running or the bike.
If you amalgamate a gym you can consult with a trainer who will assistance you reach your hope.
If you want to look like that...who is a FINE looking boy (damn!), you really have need of to watch your diet and hold on to up the exercise. If you exercise enough, you should be ingestion at least 2,500 calories a light of day (of GOOD stuff...veggies, good protein, moral carbs)...Your focus is on giving yourself enough vim to workout. You'll be gaining substance on this diet instead of losing weight (muscle weigh more than fat).
Do not try to jump to 50 lbs weights right away...Gradually move up...If you enjoy a bench press, breathe properly...Add pushups and situps to your routine also. Look up other ab workouts to try out.
DON'T EXPECT THIS TO BE EASY! Work hard and you will see results.
Good luck and agree to me know how it goes.
cardio, substance training, and ab workouts.
and eating the right amount of protein
