How can I loose counterbalance at the double in need person anorexic?

I wanna loose weight briskly but I don't wanna stop eating completely but I do want any mode of diet or tip.. anything can be helpful:)How can I loose counterbalance at the double in need person anorexic?
Get a Divorce...that'll do it!
I know it sounds really plain and dumb but chew gum, it controls ur hunger plus after close to an hour of chewing u burn some calories

Simple diet and regular exercise is the singular way to dance. Cut out the junk and work out regularly. Slow and steady, lamentably, is the best way to lose. Fad diets don't work. You may lose the bulk initially but people who do that hold a very dignified chance of acquirement it right back. Cutting carbs completely is not a dutiful idea, but I enjoy limited them and switched to full wheat breads and pastas. I definately notice a difference. Generally any white bread or pasta is not great for you.
