i`m trying to lose some extra pounds... how can i.. lose them easily and undamagingly,oh and i`m 16 years old..How can ii??

Avoid Saturated fats surrounded by bulk if you can. Those are never helpful.
Losing counterweight can be as simple as just going for a hike after dinner.

AVOID food that contains hydrogenated oils (fried briskly foods, etc.), high-fructose corn syrup (most, but not all sodas contain this, etc), and enrich flour . Just check the food label within the 'ingredients' part. America is the solitary country that has these ingredients which are literally fattening the ethnic group. All other countries have prevented these products from their food. I personally put away organic food, which is a moment ago food without these ingredients and life food is grown/processed without chemicals and artificial ingredients.
