How do I excersize to lose consignment especially my thighs and butt?

I'm not overweight on the upperhalf of my body, but the bottom makes me look really, unpromising, and I wear a size seven just because of my butt... what excersizes should I do to lose immensity on my butt/thighs?How do I excersize to lose consignment especially my thighs and butt?
People there is no such item as reducing fat from a specific nouns in the body. purely do normal cardio. u cant target a specific nouns.

well i'm really sorry to break it to you, but i read surrounded by a health article that you can't do excersizes that purely target one area. you enjoy to just lose counterweight overall through excersize and eating right. any type of excersize you do will minister to.
for tips, just running on a treadmill is not sufficient though. here's a moment or two health tip from an article:

    It take time to elongate your muscles, specially if you are already muscular.

    If stretching hurts, I would seriously take a look at your diet. Are you drinking enough potassium for instance, and protein. If you do not enjoy a well hanging diet, you body is going to reject any extra curricular you try to put it under. On the other appendage, there is such a entry as overdoing it.     First off i am not anorexic or looking to acquire that way, i be researching the topic for school and i found out that anorexics bodies enter starvaiton mode. their bodies stop burning calories to reclaim energy.
